Get a feel for the work flow and use of Digaboard. Right now we only have screenshots, but we will have video demo's soon. 1.
The team board displays a column for each team and the rows split active and inactive project display. Here you can find information about each each team and the active/inactive projects they are working on. You can also edit team information and high level information about the project.

The project board displays a column for each active project from the selected team. You can also view inactive projects in the same view with a active/inactive toggle button on the right menu. This view is used during stand-ups and displays all of the pertant information by hovering over each task. A simple mouse over enlarges the task title, displays who is working on it and how many days it has been in the current state. You can click on the task to enlarge and get more detailed information about a task, change its status, assign team members, add comments, or edit task information.

4. The project board also helps with planning by queueing future items into an item pool. These are tasks that will need to be completed, but are waiting to be pulled onto the board for someone to pick up and work on. The pool items are viewed with a mouse over menu at the bottom of each project column... click on an item to get more detailed information about a task, change its status, assign team members, add comments, or edit task information. |
